Refund policy
Each By Yasou charm is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail, resulting in slight variations that make every piece truly unique. Because our charms are handmade and custom-created, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or refunds on charms.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Charms
By Yasou does not accept returns or offer refunds on charms once an order has been placed. Each charm is individually handcrafted, and due to the nature of our production process, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or any other reason.
Clothing Refunds
For our clothing items, we do offer refunds.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us at contact@byyasou.com within 3 working days of delivery. Clothing must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued.
Please note:
Once an item has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund until the order has been delivered. Refunds can only be processed after delivery is confirmed.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Every piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@byyasou.com within 3 working days of delivery and provide:
- Clear photographs or videos of the defect
Our team will review your submission and advise you on the next steps. We will always do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
